Are you using social media to promote your business?  Or better yet, is your competition? If they are not, they soon will be.  If they are, your campaign must outshine theirs.  Keep in mind, when consumers search for products and services, they are comparing the companies they find information about.   you are not on the internet and your competition is, it is likely you will not be considered.  If you are both using the internet to market your product, then you better outshine them.
